FORD TURKIYE BUSINESS FIELD WORKSHOP 24 Hafta Cevdet İnci Eğitim Vakfı ve İnci Holding’in hayata geçirdiği Hasat Hibe Programı havaya, suya ve toprağa halihazırda verilen zararı onaran lisansüstü öğrencilerin projelerini desteklemektedir. 2022 yılında pilot uygulaması yapılan ve 2023 yılında program tasarım danışmanlığı kapsamında yürütücü partneri olduğumuz Hasat Hibe Programı 2023’te; Peki var olan sürdürülebilirlik odaklı akademik çalışmalar literatür katkısı dışında nasıl daha katma değerli ve kendi içinde sürdürülebilir hale getirilebilir? sorusundan hareketle programını uçtan uca yeniden ele aldık. Tasarım, planlama ve uygulama başlıklarına böldüğümüz bu sürecin tasarım aşamasında paydaşlarımızla birlikte akademi, sürdürülebilirlik ve girişimcilik eksenlerinde hayırseverlikten ekosisteme katkı sunmaya doğru bir kültür dönüşümü yaratmayı ve bunun kendi içinde sürdürülebilir bir topluluğa dönüşmesini makro hedefler olarak belirledik. Makro hedeflerimiz doğrultusunda planladığımız Hasat Hibe Programı 2023 sürecinde nakdi destekle birlikte çeşitli destek mekanizmaları da programa dahil edildi. Üç haftalık mentorluk süreci başta olmak üzere katılımcıların 2023’ün ikinci ve 2024 yılının ilk yarısını kapsayan 2023 kohortu boyunca bu desteklerden faydalanmalarına olanak sağlandı. Program kapsamında Sorumlu Üretim & Tüketim ve İklim Eylemi temaları odağında alınan proje başvurularından 15 proje mentorluk sürecine dahil edildi. Birebir mentorluk ve webinar serisinden oluşan mentorluk sürecinde iş modeli kanvası, patent, yatırım süreçleri ve sunum hazırlamaya yönelik tasarlanan webinar serisi ile katılımcılara bütünsel bir zemin hazırlandı ve projelerini geliştirmelerine, geliştirirken de sektörden çeşitli dikeylerde uzmanlıkları bulunan isimlerden mentorluk almalarına alan açıldı. Sektör - Fikir / Ürün - Hedef Kitle Uyumu , Üretim - Paydaş / Kaynak Yönetimi , Finansal Ya pı - Gelir Gider / Fon Yapıları konuları odağında gerçekleşen webinar serilerine ek olarak Patent & Fikri Sınai Haklar ve Sunum eğitimleri verildi. 3 Hafta boyunca 13 farklı mentorla görüşme olanağı bulan katılımcıların süreç performansları takip edilerek raporlandı. Mentorluk sürecinin sonunda akademi, yatırım ağı, TTO ve özel sektörden temsilcilerin yer aldığı jüri üyeleri tarafından yapılan değerlendirme ile 14 projeden 10’u eşit miktarda hibe almaya hak kazandı . Bununla birlikte tüm projelerin 2024 yılının ilk yarısında da diğer desteklerden faydalanmaya devam etmesi bu programı diğerlerinden ayıran “Yol Arkadaşlığı” nın bir göstergesiydi. Danışmanlık hizmetimiz kapsamında tüm sürecin çıktısı niteliğinde ve operasyonel süreçle paralel olarak hazırladığımız süreç raporu ile birlikte Hasat Hibe Programı’nın sürdürülebilirliğine, uygulanması sırasında izlenen eylem adımlarının takibini kolaylaştırmaya ve sistematik olarak sürekli iyileştirilmesine yönelik bir uygulama kılavuzu hazırladık. Sürdürülebilirlik alanında akademi seviyesindeki projelerin desteklenmesinde ülkemizin ilklerinden olan ve İnci Vakfı’nın hayata geçirdiği Hasat Hibe Programı’nı ekosistemde yarattığı katmadeğer bakımından önemli bir adım olarak görüyor ve bu programa katkı sunmuş olmaktan mutluluk duyuyoruz.
